Appeal or new application?

If the reason for refusal is based on an obvious error or an overlooked document, an appeal can be effective. Where the file is generally weak, however, a new application with the shortcomings addressed often produces faster results. Appeal deadlines are stated in the refusal letter and must not be missed.
